Maryam Kiani is a visual artist, writer, carpet designer, painter, educator, and the founder of two professional academies in Iran: one dedicated to visual arts with a focus on realistic techniques, and the other specializing in health and beauty. She is a graduate of Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia. She currently resides in Shiraz and has served as a cinematic makeup instructor at the University of Applied Science and Technology.

Her artistic practice forms a bridge between fine arts and cultural empowerment, particularly through supporting women artists in both traditional and contemporary fields. Maryam’s writings carry a poetic and introspective voice, exploring the emotional layers of life and creativity.
